Please wipe off dust with a dry cloth or a tightly wrung wet cloth. Since it is made of natural materials, there will be individual differences in the grain, knots, tiger stripes, streaks, color, etc. We hope you will enjoy these unique characteristics of natural materials. Cancellations and exchanges cannot be made for this reason.

Regarding shipping charges: Shipping charges: Flat rate of 5,500 yen. Additional charges will apply for Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands and large items. Please contact us for more information.

The product will be made to order after detailed discussion with the customer regarding the delivery date and time. In principle, the product will be shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed. However, this may change depending on the lumber procurement situation, etc.
