This product is made of 100% natural wood, so it may deform slightly depending on humidity and temperature. When using, one AA battery (sold separately) is required. Please note that if the specifications of the movement are changed, the shape of the hands may also change.

Please wipe off dust with a dry cloth or a tightly wrung wet cloth. Since it is made of natural materials, there will be individual differences in the grain, knots, tiger stripes, streaks, color, etc. We hope you will enjoy these unique characteristics of natural materials. Cancellations and exchanges cannot be made for this reason.

Regarding shipping charges: Shipping charges: Flat rate of 660 yen. Additional charges will apply for Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands and large items. Please contact us for more information.

Regarding delivery date and time, if the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days. If the item is out of stock, it will generally be shipped within 10 business days after your order. However, this may change depending on the lumber procurement situation, etc.
For "made-to-order" and "custom-made" products, in principle, items will be shipped within three business days of receiving the order. However, this may vary depending on factors such as the availability of lumber.
