This product is made of 100% natural wood, so the combination parts may loosen or tighten depending on the humidity and temperature. If it is very loose, soak it in water for a little while. If the fit is stiff, use the included file to scrape it down. Forcing it in or out may cause damage. Please be careful not to let children swallow it or injure their fingers when assembling.

Please wipe off dust with a dry cloth or a tightly wrung wet cloth. Since it is made of natural materials, there will be individual differences in the grain, knots, tiger stripes, streaks, color, etc. We hope you will enjoy these unique characteristics of natural materials. Cancellations and exchanges cannot be made for this reason.

Regarding shipping charges: Shipping charges: Flat rate of 660 yen. Additional charges will apply for Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands and large items. Please contact us for more information.

Regarding delivery date and time, if the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days. If the item is out of stock, it will generally be shipped within 10 business days after your order. However, this may change depending on the lumber procurement situation, etc.
For "made-to-order" and "custom-made" products, in principle, items will be shipped within three business days of receiving the order. However, this may vary depending on factors such as the availability of lumber.
